Sandy River visible through tall trees

Small-group wellness retreats

Gather with
intention.

A secluded riverfront setting for intimate retreats rooted in rest, movement, creativity and connection.

Why here

Some places ask you to do more. This one gives you permission to hear yourself think.

Set across 1.2 private acres, Sandy River's Hush offers the rare combination retreat leaders need: a peaceful natural setting, comfortable sleeping spaces and enough room for a small group to gather without feeling like they are at a conference center.

The river provides the soundtrack. The cabin, gazebo, lawn and dedicated movement studio give each day room to take a different shape.

Spaces that flex

Move. Talk.
Rest. Repeat.

A space with a story

A rustic space made for movement.

Once the property's blacksmith shed, this separate little building is now a dedicated wellness and yoga studio. It retains the character of the original structure while offering space away from the main cabin for movement, meditation, breathwork and quiet group sessions.

Three infrared heaters bring warmth to the space and make the studio a unique part of the retreat experience.
